1 inch wide aluminum strips can be made of 1060, 3003, 3004, 3A21, LF21, 3105, 5052 and other series, of which 1060 is favored by manufacturers of transformers, hardware lamps and lanterns. 1060 strip is suitable for winding, stamping and drawing processing. Transformer aluminum strips are mainly used for internal winding of dry-type transformers. Their cross sections must be neat and rounded without burrs, loose coils, lift bars or tower defects. The aluminum strip coil we supply just meet these requirements, with no oil spots, tears or blistering formed on the surface after annealing. The edges can be chamfered and smooth, which is better than national standards.

We have two aluminum strip cutting production lines, by which the aluminum coil strips can be cut according to the width required. For products with higher surface requirements, the film can be laminated during the cutting process to avoid scratching. The cutting precision can be controlled within 0.05mm, and the inner diameter and outer diameter can be processed according to your requirements. Width range we can deal with is above 10mm, and thickness range is between 0.15 mm and 3 mm. Special requirements must be specified in the order. Acceptable aluminum coil materials include one series, three series and five series. Alloy content and hardness status, mostly 0, H24, H14, H18 and so on, can be customized.
