　　A hot rolled aluminum plate is obtained by the process of hot rolling of aluminium ingots. Hot rolling for aluminum plates generally refers to rolling above the recrystallization temperature of aluminium. In the process of hot rolling, aluminium deformation has both hardening and softening processes. Due to the effect of deformation speed, as long as the recovery and recrystallization process is too late, the aluminum plate will have a certain degree of work hardening as the degree of deformation increases. But in the hot rolling temperature range, the softening process plays a leading role. Therefore, at the end of hot rolling, the recrystallization of aluminum sheet plates is often incomplete. The hot rolling aluminum plate sheet shows a coexisting state of recrystallization and deformation.　

　Manufacturing process of hot rolled aluminum plate

Hot-rolled aluminium plates refer to aluminum and aluminum alloy plates with a thickness of not less than 7.0mm. The main varieties are hot-rolled plates, annealed plates, quenched or quenched pre-stretched plates, etc. Hot-rolled thick plates are usually produced by the block method on the hot rolling mill. The traditional process is: ingot homogenization → milling → heating-hot rolling to cut to length → straightening.

　　1. The preparation process of the raw material for rolling includes sawing of the ingot head and tail, side iron or planing, iron surface, corrosion washing, welding or bundling of aluminum plate or composite plate, and heating.

　　2. The rolling process includes rough rolling and finishing rolling.

　　Hot rolled aluminum sheets with a thickness of less than 7.0mm are usually produced in hot-rolled coils. The products are mainly used as cold-rolled billets and are also used to produce sheets. The modern production process is ingot milling → heating (soaking and heating integrated 化)→hot rough rolling→hot continuous rolling→bundling and weighing.
