- Many people use aluminum pots for cooking, but do you know how to maintain them so that they can last longer?

The best way proves to be cooking porridge. Besides, we recommend people to rub food oil all over the pot (both inner and outer sides) before using it for the first time, which helps to strengthen its corrosion resistant ability. Do not wash the pot after covering it with oil. Cook porridge in it directly. After using it you should wash it completely, wipe water off the surface and keep the pot in a dry environment. If your kitchen is equipped with coal stove, do not put aluminum pots straightly on the burning coal balls.

The pots remained such a look until they were discarded because our ignorance of cleaning tips. As a matter of fact, vinegar and apple water prove to be excellent cleaning agents. If the incrustation gets too thick to be removed by the methods above, you can leave the empty pot on fire for a few minutes and then put it into cold water. The incrustation cracks easily in this way.
