Introduction of annealing classification in 6mm thick aluminium metal sheet production:
(1)Low temperature degreasing annealing.
After the 6mm thick aluminum sheet is rolled, some rolling oil will remain on the surface. In order to reduce the residual oil on the surface and ensure the mechanical properties of its hard state, a low-temperature degreasing annealing process can be used. The annealing temperature is 150~200℃, and the annealing time is 10~20h. The surface degreasing effect is good. The structure of the aluminum sheet is partially recovered, and its tensile strength decreases slightly by 5%~15%.
(2)Incomplete recrystallization annealing.
Partial softening annealing, the annealed structure may have a certain amount of recrystallized structure in addition to the deformed structure. Incomplete recrystallization annealing is mainly to obtain 6mm aluminum sheet in H22, H24, and H26 states that meet different performance requirements..
(3)Complete recrystallization annealing.
The annealing temperature is above the recrystallization temperature, the holding time is sufficiently long, and the 6mm thick aluminium metal sheet after annealing is in a soft state. Soft state annealing is not only to recrystallize the aluminum sheet, but also to completely remove the residual oil on the surface of the aluminum sheet, so that the surface of the aluminum sheet is bright and flat and can be stretched freely.
