1000 series pure aluminum sheet plate is the series with the highest aluminum content of all aluminum sheet series, with a purity of 99.00% or more. The main characteristic of 1000 series pure aluminum sheets is that they are composed of almost pure aluminum, with a very small amount of impurities. 1000 series pure aluminum sheet mainly includes the following grades:
- 1050: Aluminum content of at least 99.5%.
- 1060: Aluminum content of at least 99.6%, is one of the more commonly used grades, with good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.
- 1070: Aluminum content of at least 99.7%.
- 1100: With an aluminum content of at least 99.0%, it has good formability and weldability, but lower strength.
