Our 18 micron aluminum foil rolls (0.018mm) use 8011-H18 alloy as the main material, supplemented by customized grades such as 1235 and 1060. Widths range from 100-1700mm, roll diameters can reach 1200mm, and single roll weights can reach up to 2500kg, meeting the needs of large-scale industrial production. - Raw Material Control:
≥99.7% high-purity aluminum ingots are used, filtered through an online degassing and filtration system (Alpur and plate-and-frame filters), controlling the hydrogen content to below 0.12ml/100gAl to avoid pinholes and bubbles.
- Double-Layer Rolling:
A unique four-roll reversible cold rolling + double-layer precision rolling process is employed. Imported food-grade base oil and composite additives are used in the rolling oil, with a rolling speed of up to 800m/min, ensuring uniform thickness and surface finish.
- Precision Annealing:
An air-cushion continuous annealing furnace is used, with temperature control accuracy ±1℃. The annealing state can be adjusted to O (soft) or H18 (hard) according to customer requirements to eliminate work hardening and balance strength and plasticity.
- Online Inspection:
Equipped with an X-ray thickness gauge (accuracy 0.1μm), shape gauge, and surface defect detector, 100% online monitoring is achieved. The key parameter CpK > 1.67, ensuring batch stability.
- Large Roll Packaging:
Utilizing five layers of protective packaging (inner paper + PE film + moisture-proof paper + galvanized iron sheet + wooden pallet), vacuum sealed, humidity controlled ≤30% RH, suitable for ocean shipping, and has passed 100,000+ kilometers of transportation verification.
